Amour in cinemas 19 July

The award-winning Franco-Austrian movie Amour, directed by Michael Haneke, will be in cinemas from 19th July nationwide, as part of the "World Cinema Fest" festival organised by Ster Kinekor-Cinema Nouveau. A premiere is organised by the French Institute of South Africa in Johannesburg (27th June) and Cape Town (26th June), together with the Alliance Française and Ster Kinekor-Cinema Nouveau.

Synopsis: The film is an intimate account of an elderly couple facing their greatest challenge in the twilight years of their lives. Georges and Anne are in their eighties.
