Representatives of Forefront Media Group, Institut Francais (IFAS), Atout France and Air France gathered at Air France's office today to officially congratulate Julia Jordaan, a 36 year old female from Johannesburg for winning a trip to the French Riviera.

The parties had launched and advertised a contest to audiences that went to watch Jacques Audiard’s award winning French film RUST AND BONE.  Entrants stood a chance to win a trip for 2 to the South of France courtesy of Mail & Guardian, Air France, IFAS, and Atout France. Julia  Jordaan was one of hundreds who had entered.

"I was like, what? Is this for real?" Julia could not believe it when she received an email saying that she was the winner of a contest that would fly her and a partner to the French Riviera for an exclusive holiday. It was only once she arrived at the Air France offices in Morningside today that it really hit home: "I'm even more than excited. This is amazing!" she said, mentioning she would take her partner along for the trip, which she plans to realize in April of 2014.

The prize package includes 2 return tickets on Air France, (JHB-NICE), taxes covered by Institut Francais (IFAS), airport transfer to the hotel, 4 nights stay on a B&B basis at the Hotel Les Stelitzias in Antibes, guided visit of Antibes and 2 entrance tickets to Marineland where the whale training sequences were filmed

The film is being distributed by Forefront Media Group and Nolava International Distribution in association with The Mail & Guardian.
