"CORPS" at My Body My Space and Dance Umbrella Festivals

IFAS proudly supports "CORPS" collaboration for two festivals in February 2017:

My body my space
Festival starts on the 11-19th FEBRUARY 2017.
"CORPS" will be performed at the Goorderson Kloppenheim Country Estate on 19th February 2017 from 17:00 to 17:50.

Dance Umbrella Festival
Festival starts on the FEBRUARY 23– MARCH 5, 2017.
"CORPS" will be performed at the Wits Downstairs Theatre (Wits University) on the 24th and 25th February 2017 at 19:00.

 

SYNOPSIS
"CORPS" is an artistic collaboration between 3 artists coming from France, South Africa and Madagascar.
The work explore a transformal links that connect the real and unreal through photography and dance.
Create a link between today's world and the past through the ancestral historical of each country. Using the body and the projected images as a source of expression of today's world in relation with time and space.
