This needs to be reviewed as the two states attempt tp shed the policies of the past and move into a new phase of relations with the continent.<\/p>\n<p>The South African concept of the African Renaissance offers a vision of African renewal. Policy makers, business people, intellectuals and financial aspects will be the catalysts for change.
