Cette rencontre <\/span>r\u00e9unit<\/span> des <\/span>chercheurs<\/span> issus<\/span> de <\/span>diff\u00e9rentes<\/span> disciplines des sciences <\/span>humaines<\/span> et <\/span>sociales<\/span> afin<\/span> de <\/span>r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir<\/span> aux moyens de <\/span>garantir<\/span> la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le bien-<\/span>\u00eatre<\/span> des <\/span>chercheurs<\/span> lors<\/span> de <\/span>leurs<\/span> enqu\u00eates<\/span> de terrain. Parmi les <\/span>intervenants<\/span> figurent<\/span> Keketso Peete<\/span>, <\/span>b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire<\/span> d\u2019une<\/span> bourse <\/span>Beyond Binaries<\/span>, et <\/span>Laurent Vidal<\/span> (IRD). On 27 August 2026, Joel Quirk, Professor of Political Science at the University of the Witwatersrand, <\/span>organises<\/span> the roundtable <\/span><\/span>Keeping Safe(r): Developing Better Policies and Strategies for Doing Fieldwork Safely<\/span><\/span><\/em> as part of the Beyond Binaries project. The event brings together researchers from different disciplines across the humanities and social sciences<\/span> <\/span>to reflect on how to ensure the safety and wellbeing of researchers during fieldwork<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>Speakers include <\/span>Keketso<\/span> Peete, a Beyond Binaries fellow, and Laurent Vidal (IRD)<\/span>.
