Summer School – ERC WomenAtWork, 01-06 September 2025
From September 1 to 6, 2025, the scientific team of the WomenAtWork program, of which IFAS-Research is a partner, accompanied by researchers from Stanford University, was hosted by the Wits History Workshop for the program’s summer school. Workshops and seminars as well as visits of heritage institutions, museums, and archives in Johannesburg and Soweto, guided by curators and researchers, made particularly tangible the innovative South African approach to social and labour history.
